These are not as the shop picture shows. There are two frayed rips in each leg. Supposed to be design feature which would be fine if I knew they were there and wanted them. I complained and got a very poor excuse but did get a partial refund.

I was surprised when I received this item as the colour was very different to the picture online and there were ripped holes which were not shown in the photograph (I have gone back to have a close look just in case I missed something). However, I have had so many compliments when I wear the overalls that I can only surmise that yet again you have made an extremely fab garment! They are so comfortable too, although I think I ordered a size too big. Never mind, they cover up the weight I have put on during our latest lockdown which has now been going on for 10 weeks!

You did not describe the bottom of the pants have 2 "tear-like" features. When I saw them I thought they were torn n was going to return them, when I realized they were part of the design. I would not have bought them if I knew ahead of time. But will keep it. I like the styles you have but will hesitate to buy more because of your photos not quite what they are in colors n difficulty in communicating with your company

Quality of this dress was excellent as always but overall it was disappointing. The reason is that you were very slow supplying telling me that demand was high and that you had run out of stock. You offered a refund but we confirmed the alternative to wait until it came back into stock. It was then immediately supplied but size was medium not the one size fits all which was (and still is) the description of the item. Result it is a little tight! We will not stop buying your products as this is the first and only time we have had a problem! Phil
